GDPR

We are updating our Privacy Policy as the rules about Data Protection are changing. The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is coming into force on the 25th May 2018. This will affect the way we can keep in touch with you and provide individuals with enhanced rights over their data, replacing the Data Protection Act 1988 in the UK. The GDPR will protect the processing of personal data as a fundamental right for individuals.

We are updating our Privacy Policy to make it easier for you to understand what information we collect and why we use it.

Nothing is changing about how we use your data or store your data. However; we’ve improved the way we describe our practices and how we explain the options you have to update, manage, export and delete your data via our amended Privacy Policy.

We do not share any personal data with any third parties unless; a third party is required to be involved with the works needed to be done on your vehicle. This will only happen with your consent and only the vehicles details are shared.

We hold your details on our secure Garage Data software programme for both our benefit and our customers. This is done so that we can keep a track of works that have been undertaken, also for Warranty purposes and so we are able to send you reminders for MOT’s and Servicing.

We would like to continue to keep your data on file and send our customers reminders. If you are happy for us to do so please sign below to say that you would like to OPT-IN.
